"The technique of analog and digital photography" is a modern textbook that aims to cover with the greatest possible completeness the needs of an amateur, student, or professional photographer. Photography is approached in a mixed way (digital and analog together), as it is the current form of it.

The content includes:

• Definitions, for a better understanding of the content,
• the equipment we need,
• the use of the camera, in a simple way for easy introduction to photography,
• shooting, which gives special emphasis to metering, which is also its most important factor,
• photographic techniques, for those seeking more expressive means,
• lighting, which most people neglect despite its importance,
• the darkroom (black and white and color), for those who want to maintain the foundations of the past and acquire a "classic photographic identity," and finally
• digital processing, mainly focused on Photoshop and tailored to photography in such a way that it applies to both beginners and "experienced" photographers.

In the 4th edition, 32 new pages were added, the content regarding editing programs was updated with their most recent versions, photos were added, and updates, corrections, and significant additions were made to the entire content.
