  The product that arrived works perfectly and appears to be durable and properly insulated.
  With the antenna that came with the Aftermarket system and with the placement of the antenna internally and behind the unit, the GPS signal lock time was at 5:30 minutes and the signal accuracy was average.
  With placement outside the unit and on top of the windshield dashboard, the lock time decreased to 3:30 minutes and the signal accuracy was also average.
  Using the cable/adapter and the factory GPS antenna, the signal locks in 2 seconds!!! The signal quality and accuracy are very high and stable.
  Since it is not mentioned in the description, the cable is a converter from male Fakra to male SMA.
  It was installed with a 2012 Peugeot 208 with the factory SMEG unit with Navigation.
