The amplifier broke within two years, the TV's picture had glitches, and it took me a month to realize that it was the amplifier's fault. I thought the antenna had shifted from its position. It's a terrible product and expensive compared to the competition.

Due to image disruptions on my television in a difficult area, I started with the amplifier and said that if the problem is not solved, I will also change the antenna. The problem was solved to a 98% extent, so I will not change it because I am completely satisfied. Easy connection and user-friendly.

***EDIT 24/6/2023****: The amplifier presented a malfunction. The edision hellas dealership is completely unacceptable. The eShop through which I purchased the product had a temporary communication issue and I thought it had closed. The dealership refused to accept the product in any way and insisted that it had to be done through the purchasing store, which I thought had closed. Fortunately, that was not the case and I ultimately sent it to them. But if the store had actually closed, then what? Would I be left with the product in my hand within the warranty period? These people are completely out of touch.

As for televes, which I contacted directly regarding the issue that arose, they did not even respond.... Grounding. The faulty product was sent to the purchasing store and I am waiting for a response.

I am lowering my rating solely because of the unacceptable customer support. Televes seems to have a certain attitude.... In a similar case with another American company, the purchase of the product was directly verified through a serial code, I filled out the RMA form electronically, and they sent their own courier to bring the new product and collect the damaged one for examination in Ireland. These people are light years ahead, and here we cannot even send it to the dealership in Athens. It's a crying shame.

***EDIT 12/7/2023*** After ~20 days, the diagnosis from Edition is that the device has either been exposed to water or moisture (be careful, we are talking about a mast amplifier, so there is always this possibility) and it is not covered by the warranty. Televes is a no-go from now on. Never again. There is no reason to pay a lot for something that does less than the competition.
