The product does everything except prevent the cat or dog from marking the same spot. Otherwise, it completely eliminates odors, cleans well, and this is the main reason I buy it regularly, having a cat that behaviorally, even though it is neutered, continues to mark! My house doesn't smell! It does a very good job with vomit too!

It helps a lot with odor removal, but there are more economical options that are equally good for this specific use.
