I have used it in the past on the recommendation of the veterinarian and I used it again now for my dog's severe dermatitis, but as a treatment, meaning you first lather the whole body quickly, rinse it off, and then lather again and leave it on the dog's body for 5-10 minutes. After 3 weeks, his coat had a huge difference and the dermatitis and the local bald spots he had started to grow hair again and recover. Overall, very satisfied and if you have a short-haired dog, it definitely needs to be in your home.
