Applications

  • Waterproofing, sealing, and insulation in building and metal constructions
  • Elastic seals in shipbuilding constructions
  •  Structural anti-vibration bonding and sealing in constructions subject to vibrations
  • Bonding and waterproofing of metal joints in cars
  • All kinds of structural bonding and waterproofing

Instructions for Use

  • The surfaces must be dry and clean from dust and grease
  • Use PRIMER PU 900 only on porous surfaces in high temperatures and humid climatic conditions
  • Apply with a silicone gun
  • Correct with BONDFLEX 390 FC
  • The final surface is shaped with soapy water before it dries
  • Once dry, BONDFLEX 390 FC can be painted with most paints. Drying time variations may occur with alkyd-based paints
  • Product suitability testing is recommended
  • Not suitable for PVC and glass


Joint Size

  • Minimum thickness: 2mm (bonding) / 5mm (sealing)
  • Maximum width: 10mm (bonding) / 30mm (sealing)
  • Minimum depth: 5mm (sealing)
  • Recommended: for joints < 12 mm depth = width / for joints > 12 mm 2 X depth = width
