It was excellent for as long as it worked, I used it at maximum power (Level 9) but after 2 years it broke down, perhaps due to heavy use, the mechanism failed. Also, after 1.5 years the touch buttons started not to "listen" well, resulting in needing many attempts to set it to the power I want.

The motor broke down one month after its purchase with very minimal use. It is the second product from the company Beurer that breaks immediately. Unacceptable products.

After about a year and not much use, a component broke internally and even though it has a warranty, they won't replace it because they say I used it improperly. What kind of improper use can one do? They didn't explain it to me and I can't understand what they mean.

From the first moment you hold it in your hands, you understand the durability and quality construction. In terms of power, I haven't been able to go beyond the first level, it's very strong.

Update: The battery was defective. The entire device was replaced by the company due to warranty. A very good device for relieving muscle tension.
