The temperature is controlled by a thermostat switch and can range from 50oC to 200oC, to achieve the desired results.

The device features a safety thermostat (240oC) for extra protection in case of overheating.

With a removable tank for easy cleaning.

Indicator light showing heat (bulb) that turns off once the oil reaches the desired temperature.

Frying basket with a special heat-protection handle for safe use during cooking.

Power relay 5.5kW, which manages the entire electrical load of the heating elements, resulting in a long lifespan for the electrical part of the device.

Stainless steel lid to cover the oil tank when the device is not in use.

The fryer’s electric box is detachable to facilitate cleaning and servicing of the device.

Manufactured and compliant with European standards.
