It is fine for its price. I bought it mainly because of the adjustable speed for polishing the boat and it does the job well even at its slowest speed.
08/2019 BULLE 900 W has worked quite well, and its Amazing Advantage is that it Starts Smoothly but then I didn't think to get it with a Speed Controller.
04/2024 INGCO 900 W I saw negative comments about the BULLE with a problem in the Speed Controller so I decided to get the INGCO with a Speed Controller... BUT IT STARTS with All the Gas (Dangerous especially if it has a heavy Grinding Wheel) IT MUST BE HELD TIGHTLY and keep an eye on it... THAT'S WHY I will only use it with the Setting at 1 and if I want I will gradually increase it to 6... Once I had closed the Power Strip BUT I hadn't closed the Wheel Switch... AND I OPENED THE POWER STRIP... luckily I immediately closed it and my colleague held it well !!!!
That's why I said earlier that the BULLE STARTS GRADUALLY !!! ... YOU CAN CATCH IT...
I bought the 900w as a backup for the Dewalt with adjustable speeds that we use for polishing stainless steel. I chose it primarily for its weight and the positive reviews I read. The first impression is very positive; I will return after a few months!
Honest, I don't have experience with wheels but it did the job I wanted. I didn't push it hard, it's true, but I was more interested in being able to adjust the speeds for finer work and grinding, polishing.
The only downside is the way the protective cover fastens. The speed adjustment loosens easily. For semi-professional use at this price, I definitely recommend it.
4 stars due to the low price. If I were strict, I would give it 3 to 3 1/2 stars.
In one line:
Great for 45 euros, good quality, small ergonomic issues, fairly quiet.
Positives:
1. Good construction
2. Good two-position start button (continuous operation, operation only when pressed). Switching between positions is quite safe, worthy of much more expensive wheels.
4. Stable at work (perhaps slightly eccentric disc) and very good grip with one hand.
5. From the respectable INGO brand.
6. Fairly quiet, even at 12,000 (if it really is 12,000 rpm). At 1 it is very quiet.
7. Gives a sense of security, although a safe and angular wheel is not possible.
8. The disc change lock button is fine and the change is easy without the provided key.
9. Cutting accuracy. With low weight, max rpm and convenient handle, precision can be surgical.
10. Speed adjustment is good and with a wide range.
11. Does not seem to heat up easily.
Negatives:
1. Handle does not lock in the center, only right/left. I will make a base for it.
2. Maybe a little slow in cutting, in iron over 3mm.
3. The guard is ok but tightens with a screw. It rotates without steps so with proper tightening it may work tightly but be able to turn. It takes some quick release mechanism, perhaps.
4. Short cable, which is expected at this price.
Well and lightweight wheel, for amateur use. Mine burned the motor suddenly, but after a lot of effort....professional use. So, for a tool for amateur use at home, it is excellent and very convenient for long hours of use with one hand.
For semi-professional use, it is very good! The speed adjustment it has, depending on the use you want, is very important
It is a good tool and not only does it make its money back, but it also returns it. I would buy more tools from this brand!
Take it with closed eyes. I have sanded so far 15 meters of difficult railings. Not over 40€. Maybe up to 45€ at most.
The on/off switch is like fake. It doesn't always catch well. It frustrates me in my repeated attempts to put it on and latch there. One time it kicked me and I almost had an accident. That's why I gave it a 3

I use it for sanding on railings with continuous operation for about 2 hours on the 2nd speed setting. It does a very good job as long as we are talking about household-amateur use.
I will come back with an update once the job it is being used for is completed.
For its price, it is very satisfactory. Its speed is positive with intensity adjustment.
The negative thing I see is in the bumper that doesn't snap on but tightens with a screwdriver
