Very good mats fit like a glove. They have a lip to prevent dirt from getting on hard-to-clean areas. I will note that in the Fiat Panda 2021 Hybrid, where there is a 12V battery for the hybrid system under the driver's seat, the rear passenger mat does not fit exactly. So, it needs to be cut with a meat scissors or something better, or you can fold it up before the battery. However, if you frequently adjust the seat forward and backward, it will often unfold and not sit well.

They really fit like a "glove" on the Panda III (mod. 2012+) and have a raised perimeter lip. The rear mats even cover the space that is not visible, under the front seats. The only thing they don't cover is the central "tunnel", which is also visible in the product photo. They don't have a strong plastic smell. I didn't use the included fastening accessories because I don't think they are necessary. Satisfied with the purchase, but I'm waiting to see their durability over time and if water/mud/snow doesn't pass underneath.
