I bought these gloves for work in a chemical industry factory.
Positives: The gloves are generally of good quality (except for the point in the photo where it opened in a second pair that I had just changed within 5 days), they withstand high temperatures (brief contact, not continuous obviously), they have a significant addition of plastic on the upper part for finger protection and a soft lining on the inside of the palm. Finally, they have a fair price.
Negatives: They are heavy and hard gloves, you cannot easily handle delicate tools or equipment with precision (maybe they need to soften because I have had them for about a week). Also, they are very warm to the point where you want to take them off after a while. Personally, I wanted them to be softer and less bulky so that I could have more precision in my contacts.
Overall, they are a good, tough glove for "heavy" tasks and definitely for someone who wants extra finger protection. All of this at an affordable price.
A glove for professional use. Personally, I use it for renovations for all types of work. It is quite tough, sturdy with good construction quality, and does what it promises. It protects the hand! I handle wood with nails and not a single one goes through. It is a pain to carry around. Also, due to the material, the fingers cannot easily bend. Its price is quite fair for its quality.
On the downside, you cannot do delicate work with it (e.g. I struggle to open a trash bag, but it's understandable since it is so tough). Due to its construction, it is quite warm. In the winter when I use it, I take my hand out and it sweats!
Additional Notes: It is not waterproof! The fit is quite tight. I usually wear a Medium size and it is always good and comfortable, but here there is no air at all, so you might need a smaller size.
I will come back in a year when I have used it more and have a more complete opinion.
Update 12/4/23: My gloves went through a complete renovation. These days they gave up, started tearing. However, I will still give them 5 stars because without them, I would have destroyed my hands. I was thinking that if I had bought cheaper gloves without protection and padding, I would have changed them 3 or 4 times. I bought them again and will keep them for the next renovation.
They were recommended to me and I immediately went and bought them. Very good safety gloves that also keep your hand warm if you work outside. They are not waterproof. Worth every euro
The most reliable glove according to EN388 that I have used. I have gone through (literally) 5-6 pairs, from very expensive and branded (HEX Armor) to cheaper branded ones, with antibacterial linings, waterproof, etc. For technical rescue use, none of them lasted or suited me. Those loaded with many features (special membranes, etc.) would quickly come apart and not fit well on the hand, often puncturing or wearing out quickly, or not providing good grip.
This specific glove offers sufficient protection against object penetration, punctures, and cuts for use in technical rescue/moderate tool and rope use. It fits very well on the hand (the fit is a bit wide, so you may need a smaller size for a perfect fit, but pay attention to finger length), it is comfortable to wear and can easily be worn with nitrile gloves underneath (a combination that is infinitely more convenient for me than gloves with integrated crosstech membrane, etc.), and in operational use over a three-year period, it did not tear or develop any holes anywhere (with use in water, repeated washings, exposure to oils, etc.). It was worth every penny!
