It is thinner at the base of the shock absorber than the factory one, resulting in not having a big difference from the broken one I had. It is lower, meaning the chair has sunk more at its base compared to the previous one.

Two weeks seems fine.
The installation can be difficult. In the chair, the broken cylinder wouldn't come out of the base no matter how much I hit it with a hammer and lubricants. Eventually, luckily, I had an old base from another chair and this new cylinder fit in easily.

I placed it on a chair worth 200 euros, from a well-known furniture chain, which had recommended (not to change the spare part), after a month of use I see that the shock absorber is very good.. After 7 months of use, I can say that it is very good.

Edit 27-08-2024: Unfortunately, from today the bottle falls when you sit on it. My weight is 70 kilograms.

Very good build quality. I went from category 3 to 4 and I believe it will last longer than the previous ones.
