I have it for 2 and a half years and it works perfectly - in measurements that were taken 2 times with covid, it really helped me and it was accurate even in the measurements of the heart that I did, a very high-quality blood pressure monitor. Excellent for its price!
Dramatically slow in the initial indication. Unstable indications, which change with the slightest movement of the finger. After a few months (with minimal use), it fails to display measurements 9 out of 10 times and "freezes" for hours....
I bought it for better performance (because it also shows pulse graphs) compared to the Esperanza (which I used for 2 years in rescue operations, until I accidentally stepped on it and broke it!) and I never managed to get any work done...
Is it a defective product?
I don't know, I won't try it again
I bought it for my mother.. at the same time it says 71% then 80 then 96 etc.. it's driving me crazy. It shows one measurement on one hand and a different one on the other. It takes a long time for the result to appear and sometimes not at all. Annoying, with pulse results deviating significantly from the blood pressure monitor... I don't know.. I will buy another one to compare. The hand is always clean, but the finger, nail, etc. may also play a role as mentioned by another girl above.
Very good for its price, as long as it is used correctly. I have compared it to the professional oximeter I have in the clinic and it does not show any deviations, at least during the 1 month that I have had it in my possession.
The letters are clear and suitable for older ages. They can be changed and rotated according to each person's preference by pressing the button.
If there are measurements outside the limits, it notifies with sound.
4 stars because the construction is not very high-quality. I tried to open it from the wrong side and it loosened a bit. But for 10 euros, it is a very good choice.
We have had it for about a month now and it's great! The measurements seem very normal! 98-99%. In fact, since I also have a good quality smartwatch, it shows about 1% lower than the oximeter (something expected as the measurement of the smartwatch is done on the wrist and not on the finger). If you measure it correctly (not cold fingers, still during the measurement, and for women, no painted nails), then you get the correct result too!
Extremely unreliable, in most cases the oxygen in the blood is at 99% and the heart rate is 22 one minute and immediately jumps to 188 the next. The normal heart rate at that moment was around 80, measured by hand, and my oxygen usually ranges from 95 to 96, never reaching 99%. Stay away, it will drive you crazy
I bought it for 12 euros for personal use. I am satisfied, especially with the battery, as it lasts a long time if you put in new ones! -1 star only because sometimes it shows wrong heart rate readings. I should mention that I don't have any other opinion from another more expensive oximeter, so I can't compare them.
I ordered it the day after Christmas at the price of €11.63. After 4 days, I received it and since then it has made over 100 measurements (by 3 different people). As many times as I compared its prices with my measurements from the last Apple Watch, it gave exactly the same result... It has a beautiful, colorful, and readable screen and it does what it promises... It lacks a bit in its plastics. It is recommended, but not at the current price, which tripled within a week, because at this price, with a few extra euros, you can go for much better quality solutions.
First of all, let me say that if you complain about the accuracy of your measurements with any oximeter or if you do not know basic instructions for measuring blood oxygen (like me), check here:

For example, the measurement can be affected by factors such as dirty fingers, bright lights, nail polish, and poor blood circulation, meaning poor blood flow to the extremities. Also, it matters if the specific finger is cold, if the nail is too large (and does not fit on the sensor), and of course, the value of the heart rate varies depending on the current condition. I believe that for these reasons, some say that the reading is not stable or that it "fluctuates" if you measure again or use a different finger.
So, I bought this specific one (for 10.25 euros) because I was annoyed with the purchase of the most popular one, as one moment it was out of stock, and the next moment its price skyrocketed, so I left it and went for this one.
After using it for several days, I understand that it is a decent oximeter with accurate measurements of blood oxygen and heart rate (compared to a blood pressure monitor, Apple watch, and Huawei watch) and an additional measurement indication of perfusion index (Pi), which also helps in assessing the accuracy of oxygen saturation measurement. This is something that other more expensive and popular oximeters do not have. It has a battery indicator, audible notifications for low or high measurements (the thresholds can be adjusted in the settings, and with the oximeter turned off, you press and hold for 3 seconds), a readable LED screen with the ability to change the screen orientation. It definitely has a good price for the 10 euros I paid, with quality plastic and a sense of sturdy construction (compare the plastic with other oximeters, even professional ones). Oh, and I found out that it is a brand of a Greek IT company that sells/supports it (if it matters to you), hence the complete instructions in Greek.
I wonder why it doesn't have more preferences and reviews...
The only negative is the lack of batteries in the packaging, but let's consider the price.
The oximeter for its price is satisfactory. Having used several oximeters from different companies, only its construction could have been more sturdy and it also does not include a carrying case. Overall, it is recommended for personal use.
We have had it for 15 days and I would say that it is not very reliable in its measurements. It does not always give a stable reading. Sometimes it shows a different reading depending on which hand/finger you put it on. You measure and it shows 99% oxygen, then you change hands and it shows 95%. I would not buy it again and of course, I do not recommend it to anyone. I was in a hurry, I needed it immediately and something economical...
It stopped working after 3 months. The screen had no indication. Money wasted.
*** I returned it to the store and it was immediately replaced, so I hope it lasts
It looks quite high-quality. The first measurement is done quite quickly. If you take it off your finger and put it on another, it takes a little while to show the measurement.
Beautiful, fast, efficient. Its screen is easy to read. It turns off by itself in just a few seconds. I think, even though I haven't compared it to another, that its measurements are logical...
I got it for my 85-year-old mother. It does not provide a stable indication. Sometimes it gives oxygen at 90%, sometimes at 88%, sometimes at 82%, and sometimes at 92%, depending on which finger you put it on. For me, being 56 years old, it consistently gives 97%. What can I say, I don't know!!
Very good product. I compared it after visiting a doctor to see if it produces the same results. The oxygen levels were consistently the same and the pulse naturally fluctuates. For the price, I believe it is worth it. I chose this specific company because I had previously purchased various small items from them (computer microphone, HDMI cable) and they turned out to be really excellent in terms of their price. Of course, the truth is that the construction of this particular oximeter initially scared me because it seemed cheaply made, but since it displays accurate results, there is no problem. Of course, how long it will last will be seen in the future.
Very good value for money and expensive compared to another more expensive one I have. It just takes a little longer to detect the signal and stabilize.
