    Disappointing experience with this electric bicycle. Its battery lasted only 3,500 kilometers. Problems started within the first 8 months. It had to go for service three times in one year!!... Unbelievable!... In the end, the dealership only had to say that the problem was the battery, which was out of warranty, and that the cost for its replacement is almost 600€... Unacceptable...
