The color faded and it rusted even though the cleaning was done very carefully. The store where I got it from did not take responsibility because they said it was due to misuse.

  Unfortunately, after a year, the shower head fell on our head.... It is not good quality at all. I had skimped the first time and didn't want to spend more than 200€. In the end, I ended up with a similar one from Ravenna, which is quite sturdy and of very good quality.

  Not even a while had passed when we heard a bang and realized that the head had cracked. The store replaced it. It didn't take long and the replacement cracked again. Now a similar problem (see video) is also appearing on the phone.
