Very nice set, with plenty of pieces and nice details, but compared to other sets in this category, it lacks details on the inside and due to the building's morphology, it ends up having quite a few repetitive steps in its construction, such as the columns on the exterior of the building.
However, if someone has other sets from the series, it makes a nice addition next to them, as the two buildings on the sides of the section blend nicely with the rest of the city buildings.
I would suggest someone not to get it as their first set if they want to start their collection with the modular series sets, but rather choose one of the Assembly Square or Bookstore as their first set, which have a greater variety of techniques and may be less tiring in their repetitiveness.

The box says for 18 years and older, my little one is 6 and has already built it by himself 3 times, in 1 month. The quality is fantastic, clear instructions, and I guarantee you endless hours of play.
