Main Features
The Sony E-mount 7artisans 35mm f/0.95 lens is a versatile prime lens characterized by its maximum aperture of f/0.95 and fully manual design. The lens's speed is ideal for working in low-light conditions and offers increased control over depth of field for subject isolation and selective focus techniques. It also includes a pair of ultra-low dispersion elements, which control chromatic aberrations and color fringing, providing high clarity and color accuracy. The manual focus design allows working with subjects as close as 1.2' away, and the manual aperture ring is designed for silent adjustments that suit video applications. Additionally, this lens features a 12-blade diaphragm that contributes to a beautiful bokeh quality.

Get it yesterday. Simply amazing. Awesome bokeh, acceptable sharpness, a little chromatic aberration.
Attention! IT IS MANUAL. With focus peaking on the monitor, focusing is very easy nonetheless.
As always, 7artisans pleasantly surprises us with its products. It produces lenses at a very low price with very nice results. Recently, I acquired the 7artisans 35mm f0.95 for Canon EF-M mount and I can say that I am completely satisfied. It is very sturdy and heavy as a lens, without being cumbersome to handle. It produces awesome BOKEH that resembles cream.
The difficult part is the FOCUS, which is manual, but I would say don't be afraid of it. If you are an amateur photographer, manual focus will help you in your creativity. On the other hand, if you want to capture anything that moves quickly, then don't get it or if you do, be patient in learning how to handle the manual focus.
The sharpness is moderate to good even at f0.95. It creates some colors around the focused object, especially at a small aperture, but nothing too extreme and with a little editing, there is no problem.
I recommend it without a second thought and considering the money you will spend, it is nothing compared to what it offers you.
Excellent lens for its price!
Very bright for low light and excessive bokeh for portraits, etc.
Literally transforms the camera as if it has night vision!
The focus ring has the right resistance, neither too loose nor too tight, and with the help of the camera's focus peaking and a little practice, manual focusing becomes very quick and easy even with the aperture fully open.
Also, with the aperture fully open and in the center of the image, I can confidently say that it is sharper and cleaner even than the 16-50 f/3.5 kit lens that Sony usually provides with its mirrorless cameras!
Unfortunately, at the edges of the image, it starts to resemble the kit lens, as it becomes a bit blurry, but not enough to be particularly bothersome. I imagine that at such a price and features, you can't have it all!
It comes with a very high-quality metal cap for the lens with velvet on the inside to fit relatively well, only that after a while, the velvet doesn't fit like the first time, and the heavy metal cap starts to annoyingly fall off the lens many times. A good effort from 7artisans, but ultimately, a plastic regular cap will probably provide the solution.
Also, do some research, I found it from the EU for less than 200€
It is a lens with amazing capabilities in low light! With its f/0.95, it is excellent especially for taking photos or videos at night! Clearly, we are not talking about a sharp lens here, but it has its character! Also, the bokeh it gives you is very nice!!!
