It is not rotating as expected. It spins, but it is not rotatable. The plastic base is of poor quality. The small containers fall out of their position with the slightest movement. Basically, I threw away the base immediately.
Nice idea, but they messed it up a bit in the implementation. The bottles sit too loosely on their base and fall easily. The caps are not watertight, so the spices will lose their flavor.
It turned out great for me. And beautiful. Practical inside a cabinet. For example, I have it in the upper cabinets with glass doors. If you put it on a table, for example, it takes up a lot of space
