I have a similar seat in another bathroom from the German supermarket and the difference in quality is huge between the two. This one (Elvit) seems to be a cheap construction and does not stay stable on the toilet. Also, the child seat is not actually a complete seat. The child essentially rests on the adult seat and the built-in child seat simply reduces the diameter of the hole. Also, for hygiene reasons, it doesn't seem okay to me that the child needs to lift the lid and lower the child seat (to detach the magnet) from the underside, which is exposed when you flush. The adult seat is not particularly comfortable, as it is narrow. The soft close works okay.

It is made by a Greek company and that counts (I will explain later). Installation and cleaning are extremely easy. It is the best product available for €37 in terms of quality-price ratio. That's all regarding the product.
As for the companies Finezza Home (the store where I purchased the product) and Elvit (the manufacturing factory), they were EXCELLENT. I ordered the product and it arrived quickly, despite living on an island. In the package with the accessories, half of the plastic was missing, as seen in the photo due to a machine error during cutting. I was disappointed because I thought, "How am I going to solve this now?" Without wasting any time, I called the store and they immediately contacted the factory. They sent me another package of accessories within a few days. When the package arrived, there was a mistake made by the shipping company and there were recipient charges. I called the company again and within half an hour, they contacted the shipping company and I was able to receive it for free. Of course, the package did not contain exactly the same accessories, so I had to call the company again. Ms. Eleni, who assisted me throughout this process, was a PROFESSIONAL. Within fifteen minutes, she had already contacted Elvit and sent me photos and instructions for the new accessories (different but better and reinforced). Here, I want to mention what I said at the beginning about the Greek company, that when something is manufactured here, there is the possibility of being supported in such matters. If it had been from abroad, I don't think I would have solved it even in a month (if at all).
I could have just mentioned all of this and simply written "excellent service." But I believe it is worth writing a good review when we encounter professionals. WELL DONE!

But what can I do when we sit and it starts sliding off from one side? The screws loosen (I haven't had it for even 1 month and I've already tightened them twice) and it's a struggle to realign and screw them again. I don't know if it's the poor usage instructions that are to blame.
Obviously, it needs some rubber for better tightening, but I don't have much experience with those, if it has it. If someone has the same problem and found a solution, please write it.
Update: in the past few days, after tightening the screws very strongly, it seems somewhat better, but I feel like it's only a matter of time before it happens again. Hopefully, I'm wrong.
