  We have had it since December 2022. About a month ago, something happened and it takes about 40 minutes to make 2 cups of coffee.
  And from what I read, it is generally rubbish. Stay away.
  Update 11/23:
  We descaled it and it works fine.
  It makes coffee quickly and the taste of the coffee is very good.
  Update 12/23 the carafe broke.
  At least 13€ for a carafe plus 16€ for shipping.
  Half the price of a brand new coffee maker.

  Unacceptable! The jug broke while making coffee. It lasted less than 4 months. The store does not support the warranty due to liability. You have to find the replacement yourself, and it costs half the price of the purchase. Waste of money

  Truly the worst purchase I have made!! The jug broke on the third use and it caused me problems with the power voltage from the beginning, every time I plugged it in! And as for the warranty, they told me that I am not entitled to a replacement for the jug, only for the coffee maker itself. Avoid buying it!

  In the second use, the jug broke. The store where I bought it did not replace it because I cannot prove that it broke from use (partly understandable). 25€ wasted, I do not recommend it. It's a shame because the brand name is associated with fireproof utensils.
