Impeccable service, very fast (the grill was at my house in a day and a half) with careful packaging. As for the product (Stainless steel grill), it is well-made and detailed (welding seams, manufacturer's logo, etc.). I was impressed by the fact that because the legs are screwed with stainless allen screws, it comes with the corresponding allen key and it is made in Germany. It is also worth noting that threaded inserts were used for the screws that hold the legs.

Very good construction, fast shipping, what I don't understand is why the rails are not stable.. what are they useful for (hence the 4 stars). They are not fixed, resulting in them turning. Not that it made it difficult for me to cook..
