A very good device with all the capabilities needed for an office phone. I highly recommend it for offices with not many internal ones as it cannot have the supervision of the others.

A product that allows you to do your job without any problem. However, there are a few things that made me give it a rating of 3/5. Firstly, I find it unacceptable that a 5V power supply is not included in the package for the device. They should have made this clearer, as well as explaining what PoE is, because the average user who is not familiar with these concepts might think that they can power the phone with just an Ethernet cable, but that requires another setup which you need to have arranged beforehand. Additionally, it was not easy to access the phone's settings through the web interface because while it has a password, it does not have a default username, which you eventually find out is "admin" from the internet. Lastly, I would prefer if there was an option to choose the ringtone when receiving calls, but that's a minor issue.
