    It is labeled as 4-pin PWM, but it is not. The fans are connected to their own controller with 6 cables, 4 for RGB and 2 for the fans (so they are DC and not PWM). When they are set to low speeds, they are silent but they don't work properly. I have tried 2 different models of coolmoon, but they are exactly the same with different casing. There are 2 different versions of their controller. The good one allows you to connect it to motherboards and control the RGB from there, but not individually for each fan
