It broke after 9.5 months. We sent it for inspection under warranty, they told us that there was no problem and sent it back to us broken and damaged.
Beautiful design, very convenient and precise spout, easy to use. It takes a little longer to reach 100 degrees compared to older kettles I had, I suppose it has to do with its wattage. Overall, very satisfied.
I give it 4 stars because it has thin insulation and if you don't pay attention to how you hold it, you can get burned. Also, the handle wobbles a little, so the product came to me like that. Overall, though, it does what it promises and boils quickly at any temperature you want.
Good kettle that does what it says. Plenty of temperature options and fast. The only drawback is that it has a very thin outer casing, so you have to be careful not to touch it because you will get burned. Otherwise, everything is good.
