It's great, I like it because the water forms a small pond, so in case of a power outage, there is water available.

My cat drinks more water than before when it had water in a regular bowl.
If the water level goes down, it makes noise, so I simply add water. The low noise of the motor can be heard consistently.
It is dishwasher safe.
