  At first I was about to throw it away...the receivers wouldn't synchronize at all and when I managed to do it, they would lose synchronization again after a while. Eventually, I had it close to the soundbar of the TV that is connected via bluetooth to the subwoofer, it was causing interference and for that reason it was doing whatever it was doing, I moved it a little further away and since then it never lost connection with the base. Good measurements, flawless operation, measurements update almost every minute. All good!

  Being a owner of the Life WES-300 for many years, my evaluation is based on comparing it with this.

  First of all, I want to clarify that the measurements of the Life WES-300 were perfectly aligned (+-0.2C) with the other 2 sensors (from a different company) that I have.

  The internal sensor of the Life Continental has a deviation of +0.2C in temperature and +2% in relative humidity, which is a very small difference and has no practical significance if you ask me.

  However, the three external sensors that came with it have a deviation of +1 to +1.5C compared to anything else I have, and +2% humidity (which is not an issue). If someone is interested in absolute accuracy, they should take this into consideration.

  The "issue" is with the external sensors, not the main device. When I opened it, the external sensor of the Life WES-300 automatically paired with the Continental, and obviously the measurements were exactly the same as those shown on the WES-300 (again, obviously the sensors transmit the measurement information to the central unit, and the central unit simply displays it).

  So, obviously, these specific external sensors (which are EXACTLY the same as the ones on the WES-300, by the way) are not calibrated correctly.

  Apart from that, the screen is nice and readable as long as the angle is "correct" (just like on the WES-300, don't expect crazy viewing angles), and the backup with 2 AA batteries in the main unit finally works (it doesn't lose settings if the power is cut), while on the WES-300, no matter what battery I tried, it never worked.

Secondly, the unit is constantly on power and the screen has low brightness or intensity, and all of this happens within 20 days of use, starting from the first 7 days.   The internal unit is good but the 3 external sensors are unacceptable. Their response time is in hours, not minutes. There was a rainstorm in my area within an hour and while my simple mercury thermometer showed 25°C outside, the external sensor showed 31°C!!!! Also, the weather forecast is a joke. I do not recommend it, it's a waste of money. I wish I could return it. Two stars and that's only for the internal unit. It's unacceptable that it comes without batteries for the external sensors and you have to spend another 3.5€ for 6 AA batteries.
