Guys, it's good... you just have to use it correctly. We put the capsule first inside the washing machine, then the clothes. We don't overload the washing machine. We always wash our clothes for at least 1 hour, not 20 minutes. The capsules are not for very small loads. And if a capsule sticks to delicate clothes during a 1-hour wash, we put them back in without detergent and they come out easily.

Two of my clothes got ruined as there was a pink-purple stain on them and there was something like glue on that spot. The first time, I didn't know what it was and I ruined another piece of clothing. I also tried it on a blanket for the third time and again, the pink-purple stain with a sticky feeling remained.
