We all know how loud and annoying the sound of blenders can be! Finally, you can enjoy preparing cakes with a powerful yet very quiet motor. Another great feature is the choice of 6 speed settings and the pulse function.
Practical Design
The Berlinger Haus stand mixer features a removable 6-liter stainless steel mixing bowl, providing ample capacity for mixing dough or other ingredients from 0.2 kg to 2 kg.
3 Attachments for Doughs & Mixtures
The mixer comes with three accessories: a whisk, a dough hook, a flat beater, and a transparent splash guard for the bowl.
The three attachments cover all mixing needs, such as blending, whipping, beating, kneading, mixing eggs or cream. The head can be tilted back for easy attachment changes or bowl removal.

I received it as a Christmas gift, I don't know if it's just us, but it doesn't go all the way down to mix, it stays at the bottom and on the walls, but you can stop and mix it by hand if needed. The components are of very good quality, it shakes a bit but not excessively, the noise is normal for its price, it was worth it.
Powerful motor. Low noise compared to older machines where you couldn't even hear the phone ringing. It can handle everything, but struggles a bit with doughs with 50% - 60% humidity, but it kneads them very well in the times given by the manufacturer, 3 minutes, and it doesn't heat up. For doughs with 65% humidity and above, it takes 3 to 4 minutes, which I have tested up to one kilogram, and it was comfortable without difficulty. Of course, it's not a KitchenAid. Yesterday, I kneaded 1.4 kg of dough with 65% humidity, and I can say that it was a bit challenging, but the manufacturer specifies up to 1 kg, and it kneaded it. It is of moderate weight, and the base has suction cups, which I don't like. I would prefer it to have rubber and be heavier, but this only seems to affect stiff doughs. There is a slight difficulty in placing the ingredients during operation, although the bowl has a lid with a hole, but with a little care, you won't make a mess. Cleaning it is very easy. I bought it for 120€ with shipping, and I consider it value for money because I mainly knead bread and pizza dough, and it hasn't let me down for 5 months now. If there is a problem, I will come back.
UPDATE:
26/12/2023
It still kneads without any problems like the first time. However, it has developed brown rust on the axis where the attachments connect. It is likely due to low-quality stainless steel, plus the fact that there may have been residues from the preparations that led to this corrosion. However, it cleans easily with scrubbing. Something that can prevent this in the future is the use of food-grade grease (they also use it in coffee makers with grinders). It is odorless, tasteless, and completely safe to be applied in that area. Also, the plastic cover of the bowl remains transparent without yellowing.

I am a professional and have used similar tools in the past. What I noticed in this kitchen mixer is that it struggles a lot to make dough with half a kilogram of flour, and it shakes up and down, with the gears inside making such loud noises that I think it will break. Its construction is very poor, almost fake, I would say. The only thing worth mentioning is the mixer bowl. I would not recommend it. After 2 years and 10 days, after the warranty expired, the machine broke down. Terrible.
