I bought it for my sons' student house. For a year now that they have been using it, they haven't encountered any problems.
Quality and user experience
I tried it yesterday and I am satisfied with the product, I highly recommend it, it also heats up the food at the right time. The delivery was made the next day as it should have been delivered to me because I was not at home and I was at work so they did not leave it at my door. That's why I thank them very much.

Defrosting is not done evenly, but it's a common disadvantage of most microwaves on the market.
It says it's 23 liters, but it probably isn't. Compared to mine (a Moulinex from 1996(!), which still works great and has cooked tons of food), which is indeed 23 liters, it shows a huge capacity in front of this Toshiba one. But that's a minor issue...
Because someone wrote in the comments that it is made in Japan, and someone might be misled, it is not true. It is made in China. It replaced a Bluesky purchased from Carrefour in 2005, 23 liters, which gave up. The glass base (plate) of the Bluesky does not fit at all in the Toshiba, even though they are the same liters. I can't understand how they measure liters. Otherwise, as most describe them.
So far, I am very satisfied.
It heats up faster and more evenly than the previous one.
We haven't tried the grilling, defrosting, and cooking yet, so I don't have an opinion.
Very beautiful piece for the kitchen, the black color stands out from the usual. I use it 80% of the time and it heats up the dishes very well in a minute. I haven't defrosted anything yet, I will come back with new feedback as soon as I use it

Nice design, the width and depth are smaller than the previous one I had, but probably because it has more height to fit, for example, a chicken on the grill.
