    Quite effective for its price, I bought it for work on a construction site and so far (mid-January) I haven't faced any cold problems either at work or during my commute to it on the bike at 7 in the morning, wearing just a short-sleeve shirt and a hoodie underneath. It's convenient because it's not bulky, so for the Greek winter, I think it will be fine. As for the "waterproof" aspect, I don't have an opinion yet, but it's softshell, so I imagine it will repel light rain.
