For light clothes like underwear, socks, and t-shirts, it's just fine. For heavy clothes, it will wash them but won't be able to wring them out. It's still worth buying.
On the negative side, if they are considered negatives, it's the process it has for changing water to rinse the clothes and the wringing out where you have to put them in a few at a time.

You can do your job with this. Of course, it is not a regular washing machine. You can't just put in detergent and fabric softener and expect it to come out with the clothes washed and dried. First, you put in detergent and water, and when the cleaning is done, you have to take some actions to drain the water and put in new water along with fabric softener. I bought it today and just tried it..the definition of value for money..it was purchased for a vacation home and not as a main washing machine and it is exactly what I needed, I highly recommend it!!

Of course, it has the procedures that others have mentioned, such as filling water for washing and rinsing, and it shakes a little to a lot during the spinning, depending on the weight, and you have to hold it for a while, but in front of the overall convenience of being able to wash where you wouldn't have the opportunity to wash, you overlook it. It's perfect for such light uses.

I bought it as a student because I don't have space for a regular washing machine. It is a slightly better alternative to hand washing.
You heat the water, you fill it, and it just spins a motor to wash the clothes. For rinsing, you empty it and fill it again as many times as you want (usually 2 times is enough).
Drying doesn't make sense, the container is too small and it does a mediocre job. It's better to wring them out by hand.
Bulky items don't fit. Even sweatshirts or large towels, it fills up with 2 at most. It's mainly for shirts, underwear, small towels, and maybe a pair of pants.
Nevertheless, it somewhat helps by not needing to wash and rinse the clothes yourself.

I have had it for about ten days, the only problem it had when I received it was that the strap was detached and I thought it was broken. After a while, I put the strap back on and everything is fine now. As for washing, since I am alone, I will say that it relaxes me a lot compared to before when I used to wash by hand.
