1. Do not place the baby unit inside the crib, nor in a spot where the baby can grab it with their hands. On the other hand, the further away you place it, the more the sound clarity decreases. 2. The baby should not be able to reach the device's connection/charging cables. Ensure they do not have access to them.

I have it for a year and a half. It has been through fire and iron. I take it with me when I travel to see my mom, it has fallen, the little one has eaten it, we have changed rooms, houses.... it works perfectly. The only thing after soooo long is that the battery started not holding anymore! I would easily take it again!
I evaluate after days of use and not just as soon as I received it to make my review reliable. After 4 days, the baby's sound was barely audible, to the point where it was heard more live than from the device. They replaced it under warranty and the new one did the same after 4 days, and they finally said they would refund me. It seems that the batch is defective. If I had commented on the first day, I would have given it 3 stars as it constantly loses signal even when I am in the next room. Also, the electronic thermostat says 20.8 and the device shows 23°C. It's all over the place. Another negative is that in vox mode, which is activated automatically by the baby's sound, it was activated with every movement, and that's fine, but it shouldn't make a loud beep every time, and it beeped loudly all night, keeping us awake. In the end, I deactivated it. However, the main problem is that the sound is no longer clear.
We received it two days ago. Although it appears to be cheaply made, it seems to do its job. The image is excellent with good lighting and quite clear in the dark. 4 stars because it doesn't reach the balcony of the lower floor in our maisonette where we usually sit when the baby is sleeping...
