Although it is a good and cheap supplement, it has side effects. My wife tried it and it irritated her chest, and even though I didn't ingest it, it bothered my stomach! Figure it out!
It does the job of hematological tests, it is Greek, it is cheap, and it melts in the mouth with a nice taste.
I had a B12 deficiency (68) and after initially taking it for 3 months (double dose), it raised my vitamin levels to very good levels (320). Now I continue to take 1 tablet daily for maintenance. It dissolves in the mouth and has a nice taste.
I did not take measurements before and after, so I do not have an opinion on whether it really works. I bought it as a precaution due to intense training during the second half of marathon preparation. As for the sensation, I can't say that I felt anything (before the best). If I didn't take it at all, I can't know if I would feel the same, worse, or even better (why not?). What I liked and left a very good impression was its very nice taste! You really drink it very pleasantly!
I have been taking it for a month now, I don't have an opinion on whether it does its job, I haven't done any tests yet to see if my B12 levels have increased, it has a nice taste and it is easy to take.
