Surely miracles don't happen in these cases, but the improvement is significant. At least the frequent hot flashes I had every twenty minutes for half an hour have decreased, and now they catch me occasionally and are milder. They do a very good job, and I take them every afternoon in between meals. They haven't bothered me anywhere.

After a month, I feel much better, the outbreaks have decreased. I barely have it once a day, if at all. Even that strange headache has gone away, as well as the constant fog in my mind. And finally, the insomnia has passed too! I am very satisfied and will continue using it due to its price.
I waited a few days to see if it really works or not. After surgery, I was thrust into menopause and hot flashes started very soon. Initially, I dealt with them by having a cup of sage every night (it reduces them to a considerable extent, considering it's just an infusion), but I decided to try the tablets as well. It really helps a lot with the hot flashes. It's not that I have none at all, but if I felt like I was burning at a level of 10, now I'm at 1-2. after 1.5 years, I have to add the following: I have no hot flashes at all. At one point, due to money, I stopped taking them. The hot flashes returned very quickly. As soon as I started them again, 10 days later, they stopped abruptly. I wouldn't change it.
Extremely effective. At least for me, as long as I take it, it immediately relieves my indigestion, especially headaches. I feel very good and with more energy. It has saved me.
In my attempt to avoid hormonal treatments, I tried a bunch of supplements.
This is the second time I purchase this specific product. After 10 days, my hot flashes and morning sweats were reduced by at least 60%. Some relief in this menopause hell
Very good value for its price, it includes isoflavones and vitamins B & D in satisfactory doses, but it does not include some other extras that you can find in other multivitamins for menopause (before and after), such as vitamin K which helps with the absorption of vitamin D. But it has the basics, and additionally 90 capsules that last for 3 months because you only take 1 per day (compared to most which require taking 2)... so it's great!
The cravings continue but not as intense, at least it has vitamins Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and Folic Acid that we need.
After 3 months of use, my irritations and dryness in the vagina have disappeared!!! It is excellent and at a very good price. With one tablet per day, the box lasts for 3 months.
Just know that the results are visible only after 3 months, but don't worry, it's worth it.
