It worked for the first 2-3 times and cleaned relatively satisfactorily, especially for high windows that are otherwise inaccessible. Unfortunately, after the third use, it doesn't clean well at all and obviously doesn't have the same power, because it doesn't stick to the glass as it should and slips, leaving untouched spots. Final thought? Nice invention, but a waste of money.

I bought it about 3 years ago when I saw a video about how it works. I was satisfied with the way it cleans, I would give it 4 stars. Unfortunately, it broke after some time... I thought it was bad luck and bought the same one again. The second one didn't last even a year. Of course, there is no one here to repair them.

First of all, I have to say that it cleans very well. I have large windows at a great height and I don't have access from the outside. It solved my problem. I give it 4 stars because it fell twice when it reached a corner of the window and didn't stop cleaning as it should, resulting in it coming off. The second time it fell, the rings also came off, and I had a hard time catching them because, as I mentioned before, I don't have access to the outside area. However, it is worth buying for cases like mine.

I bought it with skepticism and prepared to think that I wasted my money... because I have a big and permanent issue with my hands and the possibility of surgery, cleaning windows is very burdensome for me.

It cleans much better than I expected. Fingerprints, dust, grime, etc. are a piece of cake. I purposely placed it on a large glass patio table with A LOT of grime and dust on top, and it didn't streak as I expected with so much dust. It didn't fall off the table.
Yes, it misses the small corner on the windows, which is logical since the cloths are round and the edges are straight. But the area is very small. Negligible disadvantage for me since it does EVERYTHING else..... besides, I can do that myself with my hand if I want to.

It makes noise like a vacuum cleaner, but at a level where you can still hear and talk normally. Nothing tragic.
You don't let it go. When I use it, I am somewhere close or in the next room and I'm doing something else while keeping an eye on it. It notifies when it's done. When it's on the table and about to fall, it stops and notifies. It has a remote control. If it doesn't do something well, you can make it do it again.
When it's finished, it goes to the center and stops. It leaves an imperceptible circle when you wipe it off the glass. The solution is very simple, I lower it and remove it from the bottom side of the glass. Or you can simply remove it with a piece of paper... but now we're talking about nitpicking...

The packaging included 6 sets of cloths. I cleaned all the windows and balcony doors with one set, simply preferring to wash the cloth in between for better results. I spray the glass with regular glass cleaner.
It has a very long cord. And an integrated battery so that in case of a power outage, it doesn't lose suction and fall off the glass. This battery lasts for 20 minutes as mentioned in the manual.

I don't know how long it will last. It seems well-made. It also has a safety rope for windows that are at a great height or in blind spots. If it sticks to the glass, it has very good suction and doesn't fall. The suction adjusts according to what the machine sees. It doesn't work well on curved surfaces.

I bought it for 178 euros including shipping and cash on delivery. It's a lot for these times, but it gave me a solution. If it was cheaper, it would be an excellent purchase without question. If someone can afford it, then no problem.

Update: I used it on the windows of the village which were in very bad condition. Excellent!
Just because I have narrow windows there, it got stuck once without being able to come down. Of course, it doesn't change my good opinion so far.

Quite convenient and with good results!
It loses the corners and sometimes gets disoriented and stuck in the same spot, but a restart fixes it.
Overall, quite satisfied and with better results than expected!
I recommend it especially if you have windows that are blind or in a dangerous empty space, it will solve your problems.

It cleans the window perfectly. It takes a few minutes for a large balcony door (2.6*2m). It makes a little noise due to the suction, which keeps it on the surface. Its movements mimic a very detailed cleaning, and when it finds the frame, it recognizes it.
