It was not effective for me at all. Having tried other forms of melatonin such as pills, I can say that it almost did nothing for me, even in higher doses like 3 gummies. Also, I don't understand why they have it in this form and with sugar. As others have mentioned, it can't be the last thing you do before sleep because you will be left with sugar, etc. on your teeth. Prefer a different form of melatonin.

  Only if you take more than 1 maybe it does something... with one gummy you won't sleep even after 3 hours.. It did absolutely nothing for me. The only nice thing was its taste which made you want to eat the whole box.. other than that, for me it's a no. I just understand that every organism plays a role. For me, hypnofix, which does nothing for others, works for me and more than enough. Especially if I eat 1.5 or even 2.
