  The worst thing that was tested on Opel Vectra B and Seat Toledo couldn't communicate with either of the two cars. Out of simple curiosity, I tried it on a Suzuki Swift and it worked there. In my opinion, it is very deficient. It cannot be stated that it is compatible with OBD2 and EOBD and not do its job when the cars obviously meet the specifications. I do not recommend it at all!

  I didn't try to clear errors because I simply didn't have any.

  It was used on a 2004 Yaris to clear the engine check light. It did exactly what it promises. However, the problem was with the MAF sensor and the light kept coming back on. After cleaning the sensor with WD40, I used the KW310 to turn off the check engine light for the last time and now there are no more issues. However, I discovered that the diagnostic tool has other functions. Here's where the good things start: you can read or even record information from 16 sensors of the car (temperatures, speed, fuel consumption, oxygen, fuel quantity, etc.). I didn't expect such a cheap "device" to show so much. Another important thing is that it doesn't have a battery and it draws power from the car's OBD port. So, you plug it in and it works immediately. Clearly, a very successful purchase for an amateur who doesn't want to rely on "specialist" mechanics from the former Eastern Bloc!!!!
  UPDATE: after a considerable amount of time using it, I don't think I will change anything in my previous review. As someone else has mentioned, the device doesn't turn off with the engine. A few months ago, I forgot it "plugged in" for 10 days and I realized that the car's battery hardly noticed anything. It started right away and didn't show any warning light for power loss from the battery. Of course, it is good to remove it from the OBD port.

  I bought it to clear error messages in a Fiat Bravo that appeared after a flat battery. I was surprised that it found not only the check engine light, but also the ASR off, ESP off, ABS off. The temperature gauge was not working at all and the radiator fan was running as soon as you turned on the engine (it found that too). It fixed everything and now everything is working as before, since these were not actual faults but had occurred due to a voltage drop. However, be careful, if the car has a real problem, it is not good to simply clear an error, but to find the cause of the error and fix it.
