We have had it for a month, and we bought it because of its small size and 2-in-1 feature.
The main disadvantage is the smell it has when drying.
We spoke to the representative, and they told us that the smell will almost disappear within two months... it is a plastic smell, very strong in the first few days... it has started to decrease, but I don't think it's reasonable for a product from 2021 to smell like this.
It washes fantastically.
The drying is effective, but time-consuming.
Wrinkles definitely do not come out easily.

I am coming back for my review 10 months later... the smell has almost disappeared, only a little bit when you put them in completely dry.
It is really quiet!
The drying on the program with the iron symbol is amazing! They come out almost wrinkle-free, a little damp... you leave them on the clothes rack for a bit or even inside the house, and then straight to the closet!

We bought it a year ago. The worst purchase! We are still crying. It doesn't stack when you put a classic bathrobe together with clothes, either two summer throws or two curtains. We took it to the service to check it and they told us it works fine. When I asked them if they tried to wash a bathrobe, they told me that they only test clothes recommended by LG! Whoever understood, understood.

  The worst product on the market. As for the washing machine, it does its job just fine and washes like a plain LG washing machine. The dryer, on the other hand, is a tragedy on its own. The first and main disadvantage is that it smells like burnt plastic after every drying cycle and even during it. The whole bathroom smells, and the clothes smell when you open it. I had called the company, and they told me that this would only happen during the first ten uses of the dryer and then it would stop. Nonsense! After 4 years, it still stinks every time, and that's why we have stopped using it. Second and importantly, the clothes come out wrinkled and often damp because it cannot accurately calculate the drying time. Do not buy it under any circumstances; you will regret your money.

  AWAY! It broke in 1.5 years. It's been 45 days and still no technician has come. We are a family and we can't wash our clothes. We go to friends, we go to laundromats... We are desperate and the company and the service behave terribly without any updates, even though it's still under warranty. Don't be fooled by the look and technology. Unfortunately, the LG company in our country doesn't have it. The problem is so bad that we will have to buy another washing machine until someone comes to see it. Of course, there is also the legal route as an option...

  The worst thing I have ever bought. It was purchased in January 2023, and after about 2 months, it couldn't complete the wash cycle and would get stuck during the spin cycle, even when there was only 1 sheet in the drum. Additionally, many times the programs would last for hours. There was one instance where a regular wash took 6:30 hours! A technician came and replaced the appliance because it was defective. The second appliance, however, got stuck during both the wash and spin cycles from the first use! However, the programs lasted much less time (as they should). Another technician came and told me that because the washing machine has many sensors, it tries to balance the drum, and that's why it doesn't progress, which is good because it protects the washing machine. The result was that when I had to wash sheets or towels (which are bulkier), it couldn't wash them! Eventually, I received a refund because I couldn't accept that a €700 washer-dryer couldn't wash a pair of sheets because the drum couldn't balance. I bought a TESLA of similar capacity and for now, I am very satisfied as it washed and dried sheets and towels without any problems!

  In terms of positives, the treatment from the dealership was good, with a few exceptions, the employees were helpful. Also, the technician who came both times was very helpful and polite.

  Unfortunately, it is the worst product I have purchased. As a washing machine, it is good, but the dryer smells like burnt plastic, not only the clothes but also the entire bathroom space. The company's behavior is awful. They told us it will go away after 20-25 drying cycles!! This never happened!!! Stay away from LG, Siemens is better!

  We recently bought it so we don't have a complete opinion yet. However, it is indeed slim and has a large capacity. We put it to wash and it was quiet. We thought it had stopped because it was so quiet. Clothes come out almost dry at 1000 rotations per minute, so far we are satisfied. I will update later.

  We also tried the dryer. It dries clothes perfectly fine. Just be careful to read the labels of the clothes. Because we put some shirts that shouldn't go in the dryer according to the label, and it shrank them by two sizes. But that's not the machine's fault, it's our fault for not checking the label. It has different drying programs. Now, about the smell they mention when you use the dryer, let me tell you... (you know how it smells when you go to a dry cleaner outside? That's exactly how it smells when the drying is done) it's logical since it reaches high temperatures. It doesn't bother us at all. It's enough that we don't have dampness in the rooms like before with the indoor clothesline.
  Absolutely satisfied. We would buy it again.

  After 2 years of use: For a long time, maybe even a year, the dryer smelled very strong. Now it doesn't. The dryer strictly needs few clothes to work effectively. When I accidentally put in more, everything came out incredibly wrinkled (which is logical since I didn't do what the manufacturer says).   Completely silent, even in programs with many spins you are not afraid to put it on at night. I have not tried all the programs, mainly the white clothes did not clean well if you put it at 60 degrees, the fabric softener does not smell (and I use a lot). It did not do very well with the dryer because the clothes smelled burnt, uniforms and sweatshirts, and in the light drying they shrank (but everyone experiences this with dryers from what I hear). I will make more attempts to have a complete picture. I use Ariel liquid and Lenor (regarding the comments I made about the fabric softener not smelling at 60 degrees). Despite all this, it is nice and the price is good.

  I have it for several months and I am very satisfied. Before this, we had a simple washing machine that was 10 years old. The fact that it doesn't dry the entire drum full of clothes is obvious, I mean how else would they say it, it's even written on the front... In the beginning, it used to smell during drying, but now it has improved significantly, although maybe not completely. Dealing with clothes that shrink requires a little attention, it's better to put fewer clothes in the drum and dry them at a lower temperature to avoid damaging them. The Wi-Fi is only useful occasionally when we need one of the many additional programs it has. And obviously, it needs to be activated each time from the device, otherwise, you could start the washing machine without the necessary conditions (detergent, clothes, etc.). Overall, I highly recommend using a combination of devices for anyone who has space issues, in terms of convenience, it's definitely worth it. Now, the important thing for me with these appliances is their durability, especially when I see the lint that accumulates on the door seal after each drying.

  This is a user-friendly washing machine, quite compact in size, that does it all! We use it at least twice a day. Follow the instructions, put the appropriate amount of clothes for each program, and don't neglect its cleaning. If your previous washing machine was, for example, 15 years old, this one will seem completely silent to you. Also, very easy connection with the mobile phone. Finally, indeed, during the drying program, it smells very strongly throughout the bathroom, but it is a scent that significantly decreases with each use, and just fold the clothes and let them cool outside, don't put them immediately in the closet. I will come back for any updates! Overall, I am very satisfied, I recommend it!!!

  It is noisy when spinning and especially during drying. For the few hours it takes to dry (e.g. 3 hours), the drainage sucks in water every few minutes and makes a loud noise similar to the bathtub draining. So, it's not suitable for nighttime use.
  It leaves the clothes wrinkled and tender only if you take them out directly from the dryer. Alternatively, if you can't take them out immediately, you shouldn't deactivate it. It automatically goes into the CL mode, where the drum rotates once every 5 minutes for 4 hours to keep them soft and warm. If you press the off button after drying and take them out hours later, they will be wrinkled and hard.
  Also, I think the max indicator for fabric softener is too low, and they don't come out as fragrant as I would like. I tried with 3 different fabric softeners. I'm afraid to put more to avoid damage, but with my old washing machine, I used to put a full amount of fabric softener...
  Other than that, it is perfect for washing, with many programs and endless customization options, the app is great, everything is fine. It dries half a load in 3 hours.
  Oh, regarding the size: it definitely needs 10 centimeters of air space behind it, otherwise the steam doesn't come out during drying, it doesn't ventilate and overheats, to the point where you can't touch the glass door and it prolongs the drying time (it adjusts itself). So, consider 57, not 47 cm.

  edit: as others have mentioned, it does shrink the clothes, but temporarily. They regain their size with the dress.
  The most important thing: Since buying a dryer for the first time, I realized that it's not as easy as with the washing machine, quick and then hang it up, but that it works for many hours almost every day and consumes electricity continuously all day long (e.g. 5 loads per week on the eco program, it's a 7-hour job at best)... if I had more space, I would buy a separate dryer appliance with **primary** criteria being electricity consumption!

  update: It took 4 months for the plastic smell to go away after drying. Now it smells like fabric softener!! It washes very nicely. I have no regrets at all.

  I haven't had it for very long, but it is a reliable washing machine. I bought it because of its compact size. It is the only washer/dryer on the market that fits in the available space I have.
  Its construction is sturdy, its use is very simple and modern.
  It washes perfectly fine. Drying is a great convenience... However, in order for the clothes to dry well, it needs to be filled up to a maximum of 65-70%. Personally, it serves me well, I prefer it over clotheslines.
  For families with small children and larger needs, something else may be needed.
  I should also mention here that it is very slow when you choose the drying option... it takes up to 4+ hours.
  As for the noise, for a new technology, I expected something better... It makes a lot of noise.
  In some reviews, I read about a strong plastic smell during use. I did not encounter any problems with such odors in mine.
  The Wi-Fi is a bit useless, but okay... It's not bad. In the worst case scenario, you can see on your phone how much time is left. But in order to operate it remotely, you have to have it activated beforehand on the device, so I don't see the usefulness.

  I have been using it for a few days now, it washes clothes well. It is definitely not quiet, it makes its presence felt! It doesn't bother me too much, although I expected the noise from a new technology washing machine to be less intense. Let's move on to drying, which is the main reason I chose it due to lack of space for two devices and because it is a special size, smaller than other 2-in-1 models. It dries clothes very well, ready for the wardrobe, but except for towels, it has made all my other clothes two sizes smaller, they have almost all shrunk.. I put in my own shirt and took it out ready for my ten-year-old daughter.. I also tried the option it has for delicate items with lower drying temperature and still the same.. Even socks, they went in size 40 and came out size 36.. I will have to use it only for towels and bathrobes unfortunately.. If I didn't have this issue, I would recommend it without hesitation, but what good is it if it dries perfectly but shrinks all your clothes...
