I have the white pen here for years with daily use from my cat and it has worn out a little but without the rope being cut anywhere. So I ordered this specific one as a replacement for a cat tree, but after long delays, I received a light brown one (at least the brand was Trixie). I assumed it wouldn't have much of a difference and didn't return it. In the end, it turned out to be clearly of worse quality and after a few months of use, it has already worn out and is close to being cut.

A simple well-made scratching post that fit without any problems on my old base (from a different company) that I have. The cat used it immediately. For larger cats, the larger size (60cm) might be better.
