  Attention Stay Away! Terrible, all terrible!
  I bought the device (with extra warranty). Its use was one or two toasts per week, meaning it was almost new always. Within two months, out of the blue, when I opened the top part, it simply never stopped at the correct angle and opened wide. In other words, the plastic stop broke.
  I took it back and they replaced it due to the warranty. Over time, the "sturdy" handle broke, which turned out to be just a simple plastic. When I contacted the company, they directed me to an authorized service center. After getting in touch with them to purchase the spare part, they informed me that they don't provide spare parts, there is no spare part! You simply throw it away! No service, no support... I will seriously reconsider buying another Rohsnon product or any product from the vassilias company... Disappointment...

  It is one of the very few times that I make a device purchase and regret it 100%. With 35 euros, I could have had two "simple" supermarket sandwich makers, with removable plates. The plates with "marble coating" are a joke, they stuck and started burning with minimal use, while it quickly became apparent that it heats up unevenly. Where the resistance is and a little further, you just wait. If you only want it for toast, okay, but with this money, you can get two, as I said... and with removable plates that will make your life easier. I'll put it as bluntly as possible... I tried to grill sausages because, well, it's a grill... the next day, I simply put it in a bag and threw it in the trash... get something else... unless you don't want to pay more than ten euros for a sandwich maker, spend an extra 3-4 euros and get one with at least removable plates!!! After this experience, I honestly wonder how similar devices without removable plates continue to exist and why people (including myself) buy them.

  The product is okay. It can grill thicker sandwiches as long as you know what you're doing and not just waiting for everything to happen on its own. If it pushes the sandwiches forward, you can simply apply a little resistance until the plates hold them in place. The plates are not detachable, but they are easy to clean because they are non-stick. It opens 180 degrees to be used as an electric grill, but remember that it is 1600w, so don't expect miracles. However, it grilled the burgers perfectly. It has a thermostat, which is important for safety because you can turn it off when plugging/unplugging it. The quality of the plastic and overall construction seems okay for its price, but time will tell. For now, I am satisfied because I got tired of changing toasters every six months with a family of four.

  Had I read previous comments then I would not have purchased ! Try toasting a bread bun & it pushes bread & contents onto work surface ? May work ok on thinly sliced bread for toast - should have paid for a proper Panini grill toaster - you get what you pay for ??
