In no way does it do what it describes.
It supposedly has 9 effects, which are basically 3 with three variations.
The voice that is heard is simply distorted to the point of being unintelligible.
If you try to whisper closely in order to be heard better, then it starts to amplify.
Unacceptable product.
Wasted money and disappointment for the child.

Wasted money. Not worth it! Sounds like a nice idea. You can't understand any sound. It echoes, the child couldn't understand what it exactly does. And unfortunately, you can't return it once you have torn the packaging!
