Triple reinforced base

Ergonomic handle

Adjustable 2-position valve

Allows control of the pressure level during cooking. In the high-pressure position, it allows the release of steam for quick cooking and time-saving. This position is ideal for foods that require fast cooking, such as meat, fish, or legumes. Conversely, in the gentle pressure position, the valve restricts the release of steam, allowing cooking at a lower pressure. Usage Instructions:

  • Before each use, make sure the safety valve is working properly
  • Ensure that the gasket is clean and properly placed on the lower inner edge of the lid
  • Carefully check inside the lid that the safety valve is in good condition and can move freely
  • The pressure regulator valve recess located on the inner side of the lid should also be checked to ensure it is not blocked, using a sharp object
  • After each use, always clean the cooker with warm water and liquid detergent
  • Do not use strong or corrosive detergents, products containing bleach, or wire sponges
  • The main body of the cooker can be washed in the dishwasher, but not the lid
