I have bought it for my father who uses it at work (construction and such) and he doesn't take care of it AT ALL....!! (ridiculous...)
It has changed quite a bit.. and with this specific one, he has never complained to me that it doesn't connect to him.. the battery runs out... they can't hear him, and so on.!
After some time, I have to say that it lasts him about a year (every Christmas). Meaning it lasts him for a year somewhere.

I have bought 4 in the last year only because it suits my father's needs, the mechanism with the cable which easily gets cut at the end of the earphone is very convenient. They have a huge problem with the microphone which, for some reason, starts to malfunction after 2 months and eventually you can't hear anything. The company claims that we caused the problem ourselves (and with all 4 devices). If someone is willing, they can use an aftermarket one from another device and be at ease (like I did), but you don't easily start buying a device that you know will break.

1- When I'm not using it, I don't want it to be in my ear so I can hear normally and from both ears, not constantly in my ear, as if it's an "implant".
I want to be able to put it on and take it off easily and quickly when needed from my ear without saying "one moment please..."
2- I don't want it to bother me in the neck.

3- To hear and be heard with good sound. The sound quality is more than enough. Now, if you want Dolby Surround...
4- I didn't want external sounds to be blocked.
I don't consider it safe and ultimately how much sound will enter to bother you. Already the ear is clogged and the louse doesn't fall easily.
5- It should have a second earpiece if you want to listen to music, or be able to connect other headphones with a cable. It does both. It has a jack, the same one where you charge it.
6- I didn't want it to announce the caller's number or name, I don't consider it discreet. And what's the point of saying the number if you don't know it? It's just noise. You can simply see it from your phone.

Additionally, the volume of the earphone is satisfactory. In terms of construction, it appears to be of good quality. The retractable earphone, however, is a bit problematic as it does not retract easily and quickly. It takes time to retract, gets stuck, and requires some effort. Furthermore, I also use an iPro RH219s, which is a similar (and even cheaper) retractable stereo in-ear Bluetooth handsfree with a detachable earphone and good quality. The MAJOR drawback of the iXchange UA28QT-V (compared to the competitive iPro RH219s) is that it DOES NOT HAVE audio messages (in Greek and English). That is, it does not inform you of the number calling you, whether it has connected or disconnected, whether you have opened or closed it, etc. This is a significant disadvantage because if you are not looking at your phone, you may not realize if you have closed or opened it by pressing the button. This is a very useful feature, especially when it verbally announces the number calling you without having to take your mobile out of your pocket or bag. This is a useful feature that is missing from the iXchange UA28QT-V. I also noticed that it has a shorter connection range than the iPro RH219s. I would like to point out that the customer service of the iPro RH219s is excellent, as when the earphone broke 11.5 months after purchase, they repaired it free of charge within 3 weeks.

Good sound, good fit in the ear, good microphone, vibration, battery life of 2 days with full usage, durability over time.
I decided to switch from Samsung and go for Xiaomi because of the good value for money they offer, unlike Samsung which has kept the cost high by providing devices with weak features.
The issue is that now, buying this Bluetooth device for the second time in combination with a Xiaomi phone (Mi 10T Lite 5G), I have the same problem again, my callers can't hear me. Everyone tells me that they can hear me as if I'm in a well. So, I doubted the device and connected the Bluetooth to an older Samsung phone of mine to confirm where the problem lies. To my surprise, the Bluetooth worked perfectly with Samsung. It's like day and night. My callers could hear me perfectly.
Conclusion: The Bluetooth is flawless, but it only works correctly and flawlessly with Samsung devices. At least in my case. Obviously, there is some issue with Xiaomi's Bluetooth.
