Very low cost indeed, but cheap construction. The plastic body is thin and very sensitive. Its clamps are very soft and break easily if you apply force when tightening. The material mounting rail is metallic but sits on plastic bases, one of which broke as I was attaching material to the rail.

Overall, very cheap workmanship. I do not recommend it for primary residence or serious use.
