I have a new Juro Pro Crystal dehumidifier that does not automatically stop when it is full. I found a lot of water on the floor. I will take it to the service, but I will be anxious that it may cause major damage. Fortunately, it was on the tiles and not on the parquet. I regret buying it.
Very good dehumidifier, it removes all the moisture and is very efficient!
The only downside is that it makes a lot of noise, meaning it's not meant to be kept in your room all night.
Very good dehumidifier and quiet with 38db. The lowest db in its category and for the performance it has! I can only imagine what will happen with other dehumidifiers I saw with 41 and 50db!
Bought in 2020. After 1 year of use, it doesn't collect any moisture at all. I was still within the warranty period and took it for repair. It got fixed for a short while, but now it's back to the same issues. Garbage, don't buy it
It does not have wings that help with clothes drying. It does not dry the clothes. The other one I had with wings, I would throw them towards the clothes and they would dry much faster. It also makes a lot of noise.
Today I received it and let it sit as they say for its fluids (I imagine it will be freon) for 4-5 hours and then I turned it on. I don't have a proper opinion yet, being a beginner in dehumidifiers, but overall, based on the first impression, what I have to say about the half hour I used it today, apart from the build quality, materials, ease of use, etc., is that it extracted a considerable amount of water in the container, reduced the humidity quickly, but the noise it makes is quite loud, probably more suitable for nighttime, but it's understandable due to the powerful fan. The beeping sounds didn't bother me much, and I also think that the blue light of the screen indicators could be a bit dimmer!!
Note: I leave the fifth star empty solely because of the noise!!
Not silent.. I bought it for being silent, which is not true! It lowers the humidity quite quickly and to quite low levels, so I am satisfied with that!
Because I have previous experience with another dehumidifier, I regret changing companies. It goes without saying that you can't sit in the same room with so much noise. I don't have a particular problem with humidity, and unfortunately, this little device can't even cover that.
During the shower, it does not allow moisture to float in the air. For drying clothes, it pulls in a lot of air from around, so it doesn't let the moisture go into the rest of the house and cause significant condensation. In every operation, you can feel the air being pulled from the back if you approach it with your hand. I have removed the large HEPA13 filter for better dehumidification results. The container is a good size, I have no complaints. The container is removed directly with a gentle pull without getting stuck anywhere, meaning it only fits snugly in its place and could have a slight upward tilt to prevent it from being accidentally removed. When it is open, it blows strongly at the outlet. Due to the strong fan, I don't feel the air that comes out slightly warm, like I did with the old dehumidifier with a smaller fan. In a consumption test, I see 240 watts for dehumidification and 40 watts for air purification, so very good from this aspect. I have not used the Wi-Fi at all.
The smell of ionized air, although not negligible, I expected it to be like the 20300 or 20400 Morris models, which have a pleasant smell when they are working.
The fan speed levels make the expected noise, and as a user of dehumidifiers for many years, I can say that they do not resemble the old ones with resonance phenomena.
What I would like to change:
The light it emits is quite strong. Perhaps the blue light of the screen could be slightly dimmer for the nights.
The sound it makes every time you press a button (it is touch-sensitive) is loud and can be heard throughout the house. Perhaps a lower sound or no sound at all for the buttons.
If it is plugged in (whether it is on or off) and I remove the container, it beeps 10 times as the instructions correctly state. But these 10 beeps are, as I already mentioned, quite loud, especially at night when others may be sleeping in the house, and it becomes annoying. It may be some kind of safety mechanism to alert the user that the container has been removed (in case it came out on its own?).
Better ionization capability like some models of other companies.
It may not be silent, but I believe that for the job it does, it cannot be completely silent. In other words, it is very efficient. It reduces humidity and 'breaks the cold' so that you feel the space a little warmer. I notice this sometimes when I don't have it in operation and compare. I don't have a particular problem with humidity in my house. I bought it to 'protect' the house, walls, etc. Despite all this, it is incredible how much water it collects. I also have the older Juro Pro Crystal 25 in the village, which has a larger tank and is less noisy. However, the WiFi in this one has also been very convenient, as well as the program for its automatic operation from the mobile app. In the morning at 6, when it is set to start, the truth is that it wakes me up instantly because it is outside my bedroom. Although I think it consumes less power compared to previous models due to the compressor, I haven't had a chance to verify it because the purchase was made on Black Friday (€259).
