    I know that carob oil helps with indigestion, constipation, heartburn, nausea during pregnancy, and cholesterol metabolism problems.
    I don't know how to compare it to Cypriot carob honey because they are different products. The dark carob honey I find here, I think it is produced by thermolysis of ripe carob pods.
    If it is made from carob that has not been heated above 42°C, it may contain some enzymes and yeasts, but I am not able to know for sure. Do whatever enlightens you

    It deviates from the usual taste of honey, especially if you try it plain and don't combine it with something else. It is also very watery. Very nice though
