So I bought the product 2 years ago from Plaisio and it was working perfectly without any issues, but now in 2024 it suddenly started having operational problems, such as disconnecting suddenly from the PC it's connected to! I have to constantly unplug and plug back in the USB cable for it to reconnect! Unacceptable! I will never buy Seagate again! I do not recommend it under any circumstances!
