So I bought these specific ink cartridges, and while the black one works fine, the purple one flashes the light and doesn't recognize it. I put the old one back and it worked fine, but the new one doesn't. I will go to the company this afternoon and I hope to sort it out

A great ink. Good printing, nice color. I don't know yet if it produces the copies it claims, because I don't use it daily. I will come back. The only thing I will say is that my printer doesn't show the ink level, but it prints normally.
