In the footsteps of the big brother, an exceptional all-purpose tool! The best for radio and voice recording! The best dynamic microphone in terms of price-quality ratio, far ahead of the second one!
I bought the Shure MV 7 in black for everyday use in podcasting and vlogging. So far, it is by far one of the best I have ever held in my hands, especially for a USB microphone that works so flawlessly. It comes with two cables (one USB-C and one regular for computers, laptops, etc.) which are quite long, something that surprised and pleased me at the same time.
As soon as you hold the microphone in your hands, you immediately understand the premium feel it has, and it fits perfectly on the existing microphone stand I had. As mentioned in some reviews, yes, the touch sensitivity is not the best, but it will never annoy you and it is incredibly convenient to change the volume and mute with touch.
Shure also has its own program for Windows and Mac that you can download and install to improve the sound, changing basic things like EQ, voice, compressing the sound, changing the voice to natural, bright, or dark, among others.
Value for money and the best in this price range.
Update: 09/03/2023 - Two years later and I can only say the best things about this microphone! Honestly, it has never disappointed me even once!! However, since the pop filter is not good at all for such a high-quality microphone, I finally bought (through Skroutz again) the Shure RK 345 filter, which fits perfectly on the MV7 and does a much better job of eliminating anything unwanted. At this point, it's worth noting that the microphone has traveled to a bunch of different cities and places due to my work and it still looks like I bought it yesterday. At some point in the near future, I will buy a second one for my podcast (by the way, you can hear how the Shure MV7 sounds by listening to The Blogging Dispatch podcast channel).
