Well, after many months of using the product on a daily basis, spending a lot of money in search of a good multivitamin based on my blood tests, this will not just be a review, but a testament. First of all, I should note that I have been suffering from autoimmune hypothyroidism of the Hashimoto type for many years, so I had all the symptoms of this disease. For example, fatigue, poor memory, intolerance to cold, bad mood, etc. I'm not used to praising products because I cringe every time people do it for supposedly miraculous products. Personally, for me, this particular product has radically changed my life. The most noticeable changes are:
1. The brain functions at much better rates and my memory has become much clearer.
2. Mood changes, and in combination with the "clarity" of the mind, you feel more confident.
3. In the demanding morning work that required a clear mind, I can now cope without "falling asleep standing up."
4. It corrected some values in the blood tests such as TSH, T4, and T3.
5. More energy throughout the day.
I will come back with more observations to see how the winter goes with these. Am I satisfied? DEFINITELY! Especially for people with my health issue, I believe it can be a lifesaver, which is why some healthy people who take it may not see the benefits that I see. That's all from me. Cheers!
I have been taking it for 4-5 months. I hardly ever forget one of the fourteen pills per week.
I still get sick with the same frequency and intensity as before.
I have the same energy and fatigue as before.
My muscles and joints hurt just as much as before.
I don't understand the hype about miraculous descriptions.
The concentrations of the ingredients are a bit low, which does not help. Also, the fish oil is not from mackerel
I order it for my mother (73 years old) who has been using it for quite some time. It is such a good product that after tests with elevated measurements, the doctor recommended her to take it every other day and not daily ;)
Good supplement, but BE CAREFUL, if you have any autoimmune condition DO NOT take it, because it raises the immune system a lot, and that will elevate it to extreme levels. Just like it did for me.
Personally, I am not bothered by the "smell" that some mention and it does not cause me any side effects. The size of the pills is relatively large. It would be better for those who have difficulty swallowing even aspirin not to choose this. It does what it promises.

Very comprehensive supplement. I can't explain why, but it has also helped me with libido. The general tests came out excellent during the period I had already been taking it for two months.
I bought it for my mother, she took it for about a month and said she felt better, then I looked it up a bit on the internet, it has very low content in all those things it mentions, it's just the Ginseng that boosts the mood, there are much better vitamins.
They were a waste. I hadn't noticed that they contain iodine, and I think it's unnecessary since we "get" iodine through table salts, at least in Greece. I'm not allowed to take iodine due to thyroid issues. I'm posting this to warn others like me who are not allowed to take iodine.

As a product, it is awesome, I have seen a great difference on myself. I have been using it for 2 months and I continue. I have incredible energy, I don't get tired easily, overall I feel great. It helps a lot. I don't give the 1/5 stars for the product, I give them for the specific packaging, they sell 3 packs together, when you buy 3 packs together it means you will have some savings, to make it more economical for you. But this is not possible because if you buy 3 separate packages it will be 5 to 10 euros cheaper depending on the store. Remove this supposed offer or add another product at the same price, only then it will be considered an offer. Someone who doesn't pay attention to the price will buy it blindly, as these people are now very few.
Every human body is unique with its own particular problems, it may work for some and not for others. If you don't try it, you won't know. It works perfectly for me and I would buy it again. The only thing I would say is that it could have been a little cheaper, that's it!
Definitely does something - I wasn't impressed though. If someone doesn't exercise regularly and systematically, don't expect to see anything significant. I am convinced about the exercise, not sure about all these supplements.
Unfortunately, if you see it, you will understand that it is a product that gives you nothing. It does not have omega-3 from fish oil, vitamins in mg are nonexistent

I had a lot of energy and I constantly wanted to walk.
After the first week, I lost my sleep. I was only sleeping 4 hours a night.
I stopped it and my sleep returned.

I am on the fourth box. From the first days it gave me a sense of energy, good mood and self-confidence. I take it every morning with my breakfast and it gives me energy throughout the day. I was never like this. I generally combine it with a protein supplement so I take the whole package of vitamins and proteins daily. I cannot judge the immune system yet but the truth is that for three months I have not even had a cold. I have not noticed anything on my hair and nails. I will continue to take it as I am satisfied.
Very good combination of vitamins with Omega 3. I take them daily (except weekends) in the morning before work for energy. Upon ingestion, you get a slight fishy taste due to the fish oil. I recommend them!
I have never bought it before. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars, out of good intention. I have to mention that it has nice packaging and of course, it is 1 capsule and 1 pill, quite large. It's a bit annoying to take 2 pills especially when you need to take others at the same time, and of course, to be taking pills all the time.
I have had them for about a month. I notice more energy throughout the day and maybe a little difficulty sleeping if you take them late in the day. I don't take anything else concurrently.
The separation by day is a nice touch so you don't miss a dose.

I bought these specific vitamins for maintenance, after taking another brand for 15 days to boost my immune system. I continue to do well, without any illnesses, while last year I was constantly getting sick because my child started kindergarten and brought home infections every week.
I wake up more easily in the morning and I see that while everyone around me is sick, I am unaffected. I continue and hope it stays this way. As for my hair, nails, etc., I haven't seen any difference at all.
Until now, I used to buy the regular Moller's Total and I was completely satisfied.
Moller's Total Plus has everything that the regular one has (omega-3, vitamins, and minerals) plus Ginseng, Rhodiola & Krataegus, and the price difference is only 0.50€.
I didn't notice any difference in consumption compared to the regular one (also odorless), but it is equally effective. It is a top product that is worth its money!
I think that a good fish oil in combination with a good multivitamin would possibly achieve the same result, maybe even with less money. A product blender... It didn't make any difference for me in anything. Maybe it needs more time than three months.
It is one of those products that are worth their money! In order to see a difference, as is logical with any natural supplement, a reasonable amount of time must pass, it is not possible to boost your energy from the first intake! With systematic consumption, I can say that it helped with the feeling of fatigue I had due to vitamin deficiency.
I had a constant fatigue due to morning training and then many hours of work. After a lot of searching, I ended up with these with very good results. Now I have energy all day long. The results started to show after 10 days of use and now I finished one package and I'm moving on to the next one.
I do not have a complete opinion on this particular product as I was only able to use it for 3 days. The purpose was to boost my immune system during my mild COVID illness. I definitely did not have enough time to see if it has any effect or benefits because it quickly caused bloating and swelling in my stomach, which was not justified by anything else. I would not buy it again and unfortunately, it was a waste of money. The box is full.
I have to say that I take Solgar L-Carnitine Liquid 1500mg and Hipsophase, so this review is about my father who couldn't walk to the kiosk that is 100 meters away and now he walks 6 kilometers every day. He is 81 years old and it has helped him A LOT. He uses it for a long time without any side effects and it has results. Also, it's important to mention that vitamins don't suit everyone. For example, in order to end up with Hipsophase juice-capsule, I tried several Hipsophase products that didn't do anything. So, it's good to see what helps you instead of creating problems

Unfortunately, I didn't gain any benefit at all.
On the contrary, for some reason, one of the two capsules was causing me terrible headaches: the package contains 2 different capsules, one like a "gel" and the second one like a gray painkiller. These are consumed alternately: one time you take the "gel" in the morning and the next day you take it at night.
The tablet that looked like a painkiller caused me severe headaches: it was easy to understand the cause, as a few hours after ingestion it would start...
Anyway, it was one of my most wasted money.
